Very Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate

What’s better than a pumpkin spice hot chocolate drink on a pretty, chilly fall day? Nothing. 

This tasty treat comes from FatFree Vegan Kitchen.


Servings: One very large mug (the best kind) or two boring normal-sized tiny mugs

  • 2½ cups plant-based milk [I use unflavored almond milk]
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbs. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • wfpb sweetener of your choice, sweeten the drink to taste [Agave works well!]


Combine all ingredients, except sweetener, in a blender and blend until well-mixed.



Pour into a saucepan or microwavable dish and heat until boiling, stirring periodically. Pour into a mug or two and serve.
